I often go here for coffee and get excellent service. On this occasion I was in the queue while there were two young teenage girls in front of me. When I was served, I felt that the two girls had been overlooked, so I asked "should you serve these girls first?". I was abruptly told "don't worry about them just place your own order,)." I think it was the manager who was not serving. Apparently, the girls were being served by another member of staff which is fine, but I just felt it could have been handled better by the person who I thought to be the manager. I understand that they were busy, I just felt that I was spoken to rudely
